By taking part in our much-loved fundraising events and activities, you will enable more local people living with a terminal diagnosis to receive the end of life care they desperately need.
Together, we're making every moment matter
Birmingham Hospice Crisis Appeal
We are in a funding crisis
The rising cost of living has affected us too; with the price of energy, medicine and food rapidly mounting.
Our services are offered free to the local community but this year we need to raise more than £6.5 million to continue providing our expert care; this is a £1 million increase on last year.
Without urgent action, we will be forced to cut our services.
Here's what's coming up
How your fundraising makes a difference
Could buy a teddy bear with a recording of a loved one’s voice for a bereaved child to treasure as a keepsake.
Could pay for one hour of Living Well Centre services, supporting people to live well, manage their symptoms and take part in therapeutic activities.
Could pay for a bereavement support session to help a family member cope with the loss of a loved one.
Could pay for a community nurse to visit someone at home, helping them manage their symptoms and coordinating their care.
Make a difference, volunteer at our events
As a volunteer, you will play a vital part in assisting the Events Team in making sure that hospice fundraising events run smoothly on the day, ensuring that participants have a fantastic experience. You will also experience and play a valuable role in generating vital funds for the hospice through helping with raffles, games and bucket collections.
