TCS London Marathon

Support Birmingham Hospice by taking on 26.2 miles through the streets of the UK’s capital to the sounds of roaring crowds and cross the line for hospice care.

Starting in Greenwich park you’ll get to take in the historic sights of London while running 26.2 miles in this world-famous marathon. You will run along the River Thames, across Tower Bridge and finish up on The Mall, just in front of Buckingham Palace.

How to enter

There are two entry options for the TCS London Marathon.

Apply for a charity place

Applications for a charity place in the 2027 TCS London Marathon are now open. We have a very limited number of places so please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your application. We will be reviewing all applications over the next few months. If you are successful, you’ll need to pay a registration fee of £100 and commit to a minimum fundraising target of £2,500.

Own place entry

If you are successful in the 2027 TCS London Marathon ballot, you can still support Birmingham Hospice with your own place. You’ll just need to complete our own place form. You won’t have a minimum fundraising target – just raise as much as you can!

“The highlight was crossing the line… it all feels like a dream now. To have run for charity was really amazing, it was such a good day… honestly, one of the best days of my life!”
