Tough Mudder

Are you tough enough to tackle Tough Mudder as part of #TeamBrumsHospice?

Do you have what it takes? 🏃

We’re so excited to be part of next year’s 2024’s Tough Mudder series, and would you love to compete as part of #TeamBrumsHospice.

Tough Mudder is a world-famous endurance event series in which participants tackle obstacle courses designed to test your all around strength, stamina, and mental grit.

Events take place throughout the year across the UK, and on Saturday 7 September Tough Mudder comes to Birmingham!

We’ve secured limited charity places for you to sign up with, either to the Birmingham event, or an alternative date and location in 2024.

With a charity place, you’ll receive the following:
  • Fundraising pack
  • A Birmingham Hospice running vest or t-shirt
  • Dedicated fundraising support from our Events Team
  • Useful training tips to help prepare you

Signed up already or looking to run with your own place? Simply let us know which event you are signed up to and set your own sponsorship target. Pledge to raise £50 and receive a Birmingham Hospice t-shirt or running vest in return.

We’ll support you every step of the way!

If you’re taking part in the Birmingham event, our Events Team will be in attendance. Be sure to come and say hello, collect your t-shirt or vest, and meet other #TeamBrumsHospice runners. Plus, we’ve love to see you after your Tough Mudder, to congratulate you, find out how you got on and take some photos.

If you’re taking part on an alternative date, we’ll post your t-shirt out to you, or you’ll be welcome to come and collect it from the hospice. We’re still keen to hear all about your experience.

We’ve provided a list of Event FAQ’s below. For anymore information please get in touch with our Events Team on website.

On your chosen event date, you’ll be able to have friends and family support. However, they will need to purchase spectator tickets to be able to cheer you on around the course and watch you overcome the obstacles.

From forty feet climbs up and down the Mudderhorn, to monkey bars, mud mountains and cage crawls – Tough Mudder has you covered with the variety of obstacles you will face!
