Sign up to Tough Mudder Midlands 2025

– If signing up to a Tough Mudder event with a charity place, I / we pledge to raise sponsorship minimum of £250 in the 5k race or £300 in the 15k race (additionally to the sign up fee). I / we understand that 50% of my fundraising £125 or £150 needs to be raised at least one month before the event date, and all monies raised will be donated only to Birmingham Hospice (The Hospice Charity Partnership). This will be with the charity no later than 6 weeks after my / our event date. If I / we are signing up to run in a Tough Mudder Event with my / our own place, I / we have already purchased or will be purchasing a place from the organisers. I / we agree all monies raised will be donated only to Birmingham Hospice (The Hospice Charity Partnership), unless confirmed otherwise with the charity. If fundraising for Birmingham Hospice alongside an additional charity/s, this will be communicated with both Birmingham Hospice, the other charity and across all of my / our fundraising to ensure full clarity. I / we accept that by signing up to a Tough Mudder event, I / we am / are consenting to receiving ALL information about this event, including a fundraising pack and sponsorship forms. I / we accept the responsibility of informing Birmingham Hospice should I / we wish not to receive event specific communications. I / we understand that Tough Mudder 5k and Tough Mudder 15k participants must be at least 14 years old. Participants for Infinity must be at least 14 years old, while Toughest Mudder Participants must be at least 18 years old. Own place Lidl Mudder Participants must be between the ages of 5 and 12. Any participants under the age of 18 taking part in the Lidl Mudder, Tough Mudder 5k, and Tough Mudder 15k will need to be accompanied on course by a chaperon who is 18+ years old. I / we accept full responsibility for ourselves whilst participating in this third party event and understand that Birmingham Hospice cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, injury or death. I / we confirm that I am / we are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in this event. Should this change, I / we will seek medical advice prior to the event. I/ we take full responsibility for any costs attributed to my / our participation in this event and will not deduct any expenditure from funds raised. I / we accept that, should I / we no longer be able to take part in this event, I / we will be unable to claim a refund for my / our registration fee. Any sponsorship collected will be refunded to the donor or gifted to Birmingham Hospice on instruction. I / we agree to abide by any rules, instructions and regulations given before, or on the day of the event by the Tough Mudder event officials and organisers. I / we accept that if I / we can no longer take part in 2025 or the event is cancelled, there is no guarantee that my / our place will be rolled over to the following year, but the charity will endeavour to do so or help where possible (this is completely dependent on the third party organiser).
