The Community Cookbook is cooked and is ready to be served!

Our wonderful community have come together to create Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice’s very own Community Cookbook! We have delicious recipes for you to try from tasty Pumpkin Soup to Honeyed Pork with Leeks and a mouth-watering Lemon Drizzle Cake.

With over 30 delicious recipes for you to try including a couple of recipes from Masterchef: The Professionals winner Stu Deeley! It is a great time to experiment with your food and try new recipes. Some recipes are family favourites and some have been passed down by loved ones sadly no longer with us. But we hope that the cookbook will bring the family together to enjoy our recipes.

The electronic Community Cookbook is available for £5, with proceeds allowing the Hospice to continue to provide care and support to individuals living with life-limiting illness, at the Hospice, in the community or within their own homes. Once you have made your donation via the donate button, the Community Cookbook will then be sent to you via email. If you would like a paper copy printed, please let us know in the comment section of your donation and we will happily send this out to you.

Make sure to send us your pictures of you trying these new recipes from the cookbook and tag @brumshospice on Twitter and Instagram, and Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice on Facebook. We can’t wait to see them!

Note: After clicking the Donate button below, please click on the £5.00 at the top of the form and select ‘General donation’ further down when asked – thank you so much for your support and happy cooking!
