A team of Birmingham Hospice staff are preparing to take on an incredible skydive to raise money for the hospice this September.
Inspired by our Medicines Management Lead, Lisa Wall-Hayes, who initially registered for the challenge, colleagues from our pharmacy, physiotherapy, facilities, governance and clinical teams have signed up to take the plunge, all to help fund the expert care they help deliver every single day.

Lisa shared why she’s taking on the challenge: “Working where we do at the hospice you never know what’s round the corner, life is too short and not everyone gets the opportunity to do bucket list stuff, so to do something absolutely mad like skydiving at my age, and raise money at the same time is absolutely brilliant.”
We’re so proud of our amazing team for stepping out of their comfort zones to help ensure we can continue providing vital hospice care for local people and their loved ones.
