Last month, the Jingle Bell Jog hosted a record team of Santa’s courtesy of Moseley School’s Keble House.

47 students and teachers took part in the festive run on Sunday 4th December 2016 which saw a total of 500 Santas stroll, jog or sprint the 2km route at Kings Heath Park.

Keble House whose chosen charity is Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice have taken part in a number of events for the Hospice over the past year led by Pastoral Manager, Sharon Harding whose sister was cared for here.

Sharon said: “The event was a wonderful occasion with a real fun family feel about it. The atmosphere was amazing especially having the music and Santa’s sleigh available for the children. The short distance meant that it was achievable to all ages. All together Keble House raised £1,025.59.”

Hospice Events Manager Lucy Watkins added: “We’re so grateful for the support from Moseley School. It was great to host such a large group at the fun run which saw a record number of participants this year. Keble House raised a fantastic amount in sponsorship which will go a long way to supporting individuals and families from across Birmingham and Sandwell.”
