Kellie joined Birmingham Hospice in January 2026 as the Director of Clinical Services. She has spent over 20 years working in the NHS in a variety of roles across commissioning, acute, community and primary care settings with the most recent being as a Divisional Chief Nurse for an acute Foundation NHS Trust. She is passionate about driving innovation in care, and ensuring people receive safe, compassionate, responsive and personalised care and support.
She is a non-medical prescriber and has postgraduate qualifications in leadership, palliative care and health care delivery, and in 2022 was awarded the Queens Nurse (QN) title for her commitment to delivering outstanding care in the community.
