Michelle is our Director of People and Places which is a newly formed Directorate for 2024 with responsibility for people services, visitor experience, equality, diversity and inclusion, estates and IT.
Prior to joining the hospice in August 2021 Michelle’s background was predominately working for large corporate firms at a senior level delivering global HR operation services. A large proportion of her career has been spent working with outsourced partners managing teams in India, Europe and the Middle East.
Michelle lives local to the hospice with her husband, son, two dogs and a cat.
Her hobbies include gardening, cooking and socialising (usually with her two cocker spaniels in close proximity!).
