Bulls in the City 2025
Bulls in the City art trail – an incredi-bull legacy!
A herd of 40 larger-than-life bull sculptures stomped into our city during summer 2025 – all in support of Birmingham Hospice.
Based on the iconic bull outside the Bullring, the sculptures which made up the trail were lovingly hand painted and decorated by 40 talented artists.
Each sculpture was also sponsored by a generous local business or organisation.
As well as the 40 big sculptures, we had a herd of 88 calves which were adopted by schools, nurseries and community groups from around Birmingham. These have now been returned to their schools or groups to live on as a lasting legacy.
From 16 July to 14 September 2025, all 128 sculptures were placed around our fantastic city to form an immersive art trail, discovered by thousands of visitors and directly supporting tourism in our city.

We’re so THRILLED to announce that Bulls in the City raised an outstanding £241,935 in net profit for Birmingham Hospice.
