Bidder information

Please read the bidder notices below before completing the ticket form at the bottom of this page to ensure you meet the requirements. You must have read the terms and conditions and agree to them when purchasing a ticket.

The Bulls in the City Auction is being managed by Birmingham Hospice (registered charity number 1156964) and Auction House Birmingham and Black Country. 

  1. Auction House Birmingham and Black Country is the official auctioneer.
  2. If you wish to make a bid at the Bulls in the City Auction, you must pre-register using the bidder registration form below.
  3. If registering as an individual, you must provide at least one (1) form of ID which must include one (1) government-issued photo identification. If this does not state your current address, proof of address will also be required. You may email this ahead of time to wildinart@birmighamhospice.org.uk or present it at check-in on the auction night. 
  4. If registering as an organisation, you must provide a copy of the certificate of incorporation, or, in the case of unregistered entities, other satisfactory evidence. You may email this ahead of time to wildinart@birmighamhospice.org.uk or present it at check-in on the auction night. 
  5. If you are registering as an agent to bid on behalf of another party, you must produce the relevant ID documents in points 4 and 5 above for yourself and the person or organisation on whose behalf you are acting. In addition, you must provide a written and signed authority from the third party confirming your authority to bid on their behalf. 
  6. By completing and submitting this bidder registration form, you acknowledge you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the Bulls in the City Auction Buyers Terms and Condition available here or by email on request from wildinart@birmighamhospice.org.uk
  7. Please make yourself aware of the Bulls in the City Auction payment terms, found within the Bulls in the City Auction Buyers Terms and Conditions. Birmingham Hospice will only accept payment from the buyer. 
  8. Save in circumstances required by law, Birmingham Hospice accepts no liability for errors or omissions in relation to bids.
