Sue Nicholls is an experienced leader across Nursing, AHPs and clinical quality with a breadth of experience operating as an Executive Board member in provider and commissioning organisations. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 1996 and was awarded Queens Nurse status in 2021.
Currently, she is a healthcare consultant supporting organisations across a number of areas. Sue also provides teaching and facilitation on postgraduate leadership development programmes for Birmingham City University and the Queens Institute of Community Nursing, together with supporting their mentoring programme. In addition, Sue is a qualified L7 Executive Coach, a registered hypnotherapist and is currently working towards a counselling qualification.
