Every day, we support and care for more than 500 people living with life-limiting illnesses across Birmingham and Sandwell.

Light Up a Life

Join us in person or online for our very special service of celebration and remembrance this year on Thursday 9th December, at 6:30pm.

Light up a Life 2021 will be the same warm, uplifting event as it has always been. We will have readings and music – and the highlight will be the lighting of our Christmas trees, each light twinkling in dedication to someone very special.

I want to Light Up a Life!

Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice and John Taylor Hospice have merged to form The Hospice Charity Partnership

From August 2nd, the two charities are now a new single registered charity.

Both hospices have retained their distinctive and trusted identities and names, with patients and families seeing no change in the way their care is delivered.

The partnership will help ensure that many more people live well towards the end of their life, die in the place of their choice and have the best experience possible for themselves, their carers, family and friends.
