Our high-quality palliative care training programmes are designed to improve the confidence and competence of those caring for our community. Our diverse range of in-person and virtual training sessions cover topics relevant to a wide range of health and social care professionals and undergraduates including medical, nursing and allied health colleagues. Our commitment to excellence in education is also reflected in our ongoing internal projects including staff ‘knowledge exchange’ sessions, development of national conference presentations, and our stakeholder-led education steering committee.

Work experience – step into the charity sector July 13th-17th
Find out more about working in the charity sector and in particular Birmingham Hospice by undertaking your work experience with us. You will have the opportunity to work within our Living Well Centre supporting our patients, in our shops with the Retail Team and within our Marketing, Fundraising and People Teams.
