I would like to become a raffle ticket seller for Birmingham Hospice (trading name of The Hospice Charity Partnership, registered charity 1156964). I agree to sell tickets for £1 a ticket only and offer no deals, discounts or any other offers as part of this raffle. I agree to sell tickets according to local authority rules which prohibits me from selling door to door or in public spaces and from selling tickets to under 16 year olds. I am aware all tickets need to be returned to Birmingham Hospice by Monday 2 September 2024 to ensure they are in the draw on Wednesday 4 September 2024. I agree that 100% of the funds I raise will be returned to Birmingham Hospice and any unsold tickets will also be returned to be recorded.*
