Our patients and their loved ones can now see what to expect from the hospice before coming here, after we added virtual tours of both sites to our website.
The tours allow users to explore whichever areas are relevant to them on their computer or mobile, including our Inpatient Units and Living Well Centres, as well facilities such as family rooms, counselling rooms, our Hive Cafes and Reception areas, at both Selly Park and Erdington.
This followed patient feedback that it would be helpful for patients to be able to see our rooms beforehand so they have a better idea what to expect when they get here.
