Birmingham Hospice would like to welcome Kellie Lennon, who has joined as Director of Clinical Services.
Kellie has spent over 20 years working in the NHS in a variety of roles across commissioning, acute, community and primary care settings, so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Most recently, she was a Divisional Chief Nurse for an acute Foundation NHS Trust. Kellie is passionate about driving innovation in care and ensuring people receive safe, compassionate, responsive and personalised care.
In 2022, Kellie was awarded the Queen’s Nurse (QN) title for her commitment to delivering outstanding care in the community and she is also a non-medical prescriber with postgraduate qualifications in leadership, palliative care and healthcare delivery.
Kellie said: “I’m delighted and honoured to have joined Birmingham Hospice as Director of Clinical Services.
“I have already had the pleasure of witnessing the amazing work our teams do to support patients and their families during most difficult moment of their lives.”
