Leaving a gift in your will could be the biggest difference you ever make.
Writing a will allows you to have control over who inherits your estate after you die. By using a specialist solicitor or will writing expert, you can make your funeral requests clear and protect the financial future of your loved ones.
In some instances, it can even help to reduce Inheritance Tax that might be payable on any property you leave behind.
Every year, one in five patients and their families receive our care and support thanks to gifts in wills.
Without people like you leaving a gift in their will, we simply could not continue providing expert palliative and end-of-life care for local people.

Specialist solicitors – reduced legal fees
Talbots Law
The solicitors at Talbots Law have vast experience in helping clients safeguard their assets and are here to provide advice that meets your specific needs.
Birmingham Hospice has partnered with Talbots Law, who have agreed to charge a reduced rate of £150 + VAT for a simple will. Talbots will then gift £75 to Birmingham Hospice.
Please note that if you require a more complex will or, for example, wish to create Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) then additional fees will be charged.
