Sue Nicholls is an experienced leader across Nursing, AHPs and clinical quality with a breadth of experience operating as an Executive Board member in provider and commissioning organisations. She is currently Executive Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professions and Quality, at Dudley Integrated Health and Care Trust, having previously been Deputy Chief Nurse for the same organisation. She began her career as a Registered Nurse in 1996 and has held a wide range of positions in the field, predominantly in the West Midlands region, since then. She was awarded Queens Nurse status in 2021.
