Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a progressive people strategy that attracts, develops, and retains a high‑performing, values‑driven team.
This is a role where an ability to assist with strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery go hand in hand. You’ll help us nurture a culture where people feel supported, inspired, and proud to belong.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with leading and deliver our People & Culture strategy
- Build and deliver programmes that Develop Managers and strengthen organisational capability
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and resource planning
- Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
- Lead employee relations with professionalism and care
- Use people insights to shape continuous improvement
- Ensure strong policy, reward, and compliance foundations
What You’ll Bring
- CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in influencing senior leaders
- Proven change‑management and HR solution design skills
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship‑building
- Strong analytical and project‑management capability
