We hope you love your order but completely understand there may be times when you need to return something to us. You may cancel your order, return or exchange your products for free at any time, up until 30 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you.

If you would like to cancel, return or exchange an item, please email fundraise@birminghamhospice.org.uk with your order details.

You will need to post your item back to Birmingham Hospice, 176 Raddlebarn Road, Birmingham B29 7DA or pop into either of our hospice sites to drop it off. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the item.

Please note: Unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been washed or worn.
