Volunteer HR / Learning & Development Administrator Volunteer HR / Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator Location: Birmingham St Marys Hospice, Selly Park Hours: Monday’s between 9am and 5pm Our volunteering service provides a variety of roles for people who are looking to gain experience in the Charity sector, give something back to the community or give something back to the Charity that has supported them and their loved ones. The Volunteer HR/ Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator will support with admin duties relating to learning and development administration and management of compliance. The main duties of the Volunteer L&D Administrator will include: Inputting and updating databases with HR L&D information Respond to incoming workforce L&D enquiries via email/letter/telephone including requests for financial support and for study time Supporting with general HR administration This role will suit you if you: Have previous experience from within a HR or Education background Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Are conscientious and committed to providing a high quality service Enjoy interacting with people and like working as part of a team Have a positive and professional attitude Are conscientious and committed to providing a high quality service What can Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice offer me as a volunteer?
