An exciting permanent position has arisen for a Spiritual Care Lead working within the Family and Carer Support Team. If you are seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to contribute to an organisation which truly makes a difference to people’s lives we would like to meet you. The successful candidate will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and sensitively with patients, their families/carers of all faiths and none.

You will lead and develop the spiritual aspect of the Hospice’s work and offer pastoral support to patients, carers, staff and volunteers. You will work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team and participate in the overall holistic care provision for our inpatient and Community Services; you will manage a team of Spiritual Care volunteers developing links with other health care providers and faith leaders.
