Care for everyone

With your support, 1,000 local people living with a life-limiting illness can be cared for by Birmingham Hospice at any one time.

Together, we're making every moment matter

Now, more than ever, our expert and compassionate care is needed to ensure people die in a place of their choice, with dignity and in comfort.

But costs are rising exponentially, making it harder for us to care for everyone who needs it.

Donate now to ensure hospice care is here for you and your loved ones in the future.

New name, same mission, same care

We believe that anyone with a terminal diagnosis deserves to live well and make the very most of the time that remains.

Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and have been throughout our combined 157-year history; we take care of our community when they need us most.

Birmingham Hospice is the new name for Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice, in Selly Park, and John Taylor Hospice, in Erdington.

“The teams at the hospice are second to none. They gave my brother unconditional love and support. I cannot thank the team enough for all they did in his final weeks. As a family we were able to spend as much time as we wanted, and we were able stop overnight at the hospice which gives me comfort that he was never alone.
