Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with substantial building management knowledge.

Do you have a passion for managing people and making a difference?

Would you like to work for an organisation with a strong focus on delivering outstanding patient care?

If the answer is yes to the above and you are looking for a new challenge, we may have just what you are looking for.

An exciting permanent position has arisen within the Facilities department for a confident and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the Head of Facilities and to lead the day to day maintenance within the Hospice.

The postholder duties will be to manage the maintenance team and volunteers, to drive and deliver the day to day reactive maintenance, adhering to internally set Service Level Agreements, delivering the planned maintenance effectively and ensuring a high quality of service to our internal and external customers. This role is varied yet challenging where no two days are the same.
