ICT Service Technician

Hospice Pay Band 4 (£19,077 - £22,683)

37.5 hours per week

For over thirty five years Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice has been providing exemplary care for Birmingham families living with a terminal illness. We provide specialist palliative care to adults through a range of services, including in-patient care, satellite centres, Day Hospice and community care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide technical support across the ICT infrastructure and application systems. It is essential that you have recent experience of IT support in a customer facing role and have a natural analytical approach to problem solving. You will be required to work collaboratively at all levels internally and externally with third party support providers.
