Fixed Term for 9 months

37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Hospice Band 4 (Salary £18,703 - £22,459)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR/ Recruitment Coordinator to work within our professional, dedicated and friendly HR team. The main focus of the role is to provide a proactive recruitment and selection service across the Hospice including evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.

The successful applicant will have a positive, proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high quality service whilst working to tight deadlines together with the motivation to drive improvement and efficiencies. If you have or are working towards your CIPD Level 3 certificate this will be an advantage although relevant experience in a similar role will also be important.
