Hours of work: 18-24 hours per week

Shifts; predominately evening; 9.00 am – 3.00pm and 4.00 pm – 10.00 pm including weekends and bank holidays

Hospice Pay Band 2 £17,460 - £17,958 pro rata (depending on skills and experience)

Car driver and access to car essential.

Birmingham St Marys Hospice are recruiting to our [email protected] team, who provide personal, pyscho-social and spiritual support to patients with life limiting illnesses and their families at home. The aim of the service is to provide care at a time of identified need, and to help avoid unnecessary and unwanted admission to hospital in the last weeks and days of life. The team are a part of an integrated community team and there are opportunities to work across all community services, as well as Inpatient Unit.

This is an exciting time to join the [email protected] team, as due to the success of the service, it is extending to include evenings. New positions have arisen within a dynamic progressive team.
