Role: Volunteer Stock and Sales Assistant
Reports to:
Site specific Shop Manager
Location: Site specific shop
Hours/Days: Flexible

Key Duties

As a Stock and Sales Assistant you will help the shop management team create a well-presented shop where customers get great service. You will assist in sorting and preparing stock ready for sale, and be trained in delivering an excellent customer experience on the shop floor and at the till point to both our customers and stock donors. You will be encouraged to use your creative flair to enhance stock presentation and become fully involved in assisting with retail fundraising activities to generate extra income. You will assist in maintaining a safe and friendly work environment for existing shop volunteers and support the recruitment and training of new ones.
