Your Wing Walk

Strapped to the wings of a Boeing Stearman biplane, experience fly-pasts, zoom climbs, steep dives and banks in one of the UK’s most extreme and exciting fundraising challenges. Tick this amazing challenge off your bucket list and join us on Wednesday 6 September, or if you prefer, select your own date (subject to availability).

The wing walk takes place at Rendcomb Aerodrome, Cirencester, GL7 7DF.

Who can Wing Walk?

When can you fly?

Join our brave team of Wing Walkers coming together on Wednesday 6 September. Alternatively, fly on a date of your choice, although please note this is dependent on availability and generally without a representative or team of supporters from the charity being present.

This challenge is only available between April and October, and generally during weekdays. Please get in touch if you have any date in mind before booking your Wing Walk, as you will need to pay a deposit when signing up.

This challenge is run through AeroSuperbatics.

What does it cost?

Upon registering, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100, which is then taken off the full cost of the flight. By completing paying the deposit and signing up to the challenge, you pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £595 for Birmingham Hospice (excluding Gift Aid).

The full cost is £399. When signing up you pledge to raise our minimum sponsorship target of £595. The remaining £299 will be covered by the charity, with the other £196 coming directly to the charity, so please aim high with your sponsorship. Alternatively, you may wish to pay for the remaining £299 yourself, which means 100% of your sponsorship money will come to the charity and you can raise as much as you like!
