Fundraising Support Assistant

Maternity Cover for 12 months

Part time 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm)

Hospice Band 2 (£14,665 - £17,261 per annum pro rata)

We are looking for a dynamic, personable and highly organised individual to join our team and assist in managing all supporter services, donor development interface processes and systems for the Income Generation & Marketing department.

This is an exciting opportunity to act as the link ensuring there is consistency of information across the organisation providing expert management of the fundraising database and income generation systems.

The successful candidate will be passionate, energetic and outgoing, and motivated by our mission and ambition ‘Hospice care for all’. To ensure the best hospice care is available for all individuals, families and carers across our community, wherever and whenever they need it.

They will bring our impact to life by ensuring we deliver the gold standard supporter journey by managing effective supporter service systems and processes to improve the supporter experience.

This role is based in Birmingham.
