Forget Me Not

Join us as we celebrate the lives of loved ones with beautiful forget-me-not flowers. You can collect your flower from the Hospice.
Alternatively, if you would like your flower to be posted to you, you can easily arrange this by calling 0121 752 8779.
Please note P&P for this service is £5.00. For multiple flowers please submit separate donations.

Ways you can help

There are lots of different and exciting volunteering roles depending on your interests and skills.
Treecycling

Please complete your details below to book your collection. Once your donation has been processed you'll receive a confirmation email with more info and a link to download & print your Treecycling tag to be used during the collection weekend. Please note, we can only collect trees from homes within selected postcode areas. We kindly ask for a minimum suggested donation of £10 per tree. To book tree collections from different addresses, please complete separate booking forms.

Inpatient Unit

The Inpatient Unit is made up of single rooms and small wards and a small family centre for patients who have a family member or friend able to stay with them.
