Join us for our fun weekly workouts over the next 4 weeks, to help raise vital funds for Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice. Each week we will have a different instructor and activity for you to take part in to have fun, keep fit and enjoy…

 

drum n bounce
Tuesday 16th June at 10am
Emma will take you through an uplifting dance fitness workout to drum & bass music. The moves are accessible and fun and designed to get you sweating and smiling! Zumba
Thursday 18th June at 6pm

Join Debs as she takes you through a lively 45-minute zumba workout! It will definitely get you into the party spirit, with uplifting music to dance away to! Keep up to date with Deb’s other classes over on her Facebook page. *This session will take place on Zoom*

 

Legs, Bums and Tums
Wednesday 24th June at 7.30pm
This will be a 1/2 hour workout with Stacey, where you will tone and firm up your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom! Join in and try this from the comfort of your own home! *This session will take place on Zoom*

 

Bollyfit 
Tuesday 30th June at 7.00pm
Aspire Dance will be taking you through a Bollyfit workout. BollyFit is a class which combines fitness and bollywood dance together. You will be taken through the latest Bollywood music with a fun and energetic dance routines to enable you to enjoy. Clubbercise
Friday 10th July at 10am
Leanne will be taking you through a 45 minute clubbercise session that will feel more like a night out! Amazing tunes to burn those calories too in the comfort of your lounge! Find out more at www.facebook.com/CLUBBERCISEBHAMSOUTH/ *This session will take place on Zoom*

 

The sessions will either take place on Zoom or via Facebook Live. Once you have signed up, joining instructions will be sent to you via email.

The instructors have kindly given up their time to support the Hospice and so we will be asking for a donation of your choice, to support the Hospice. Your donation will ensure that we can continue to provide care and support to individuals living with life limiting illness.

Please ensure that you have have enough space in your chosen area to take part in the activity and that any obstacles that may cause injury have been removed.
If you have any injuries that we should be made aware of prior to the session, please email fundraise@birminghamhospice.org.uk, so that we can let the instructor know.
Please be aware you will be taking part in these activities at your own risk. The instructors nor the Hospice will be liable for any accidents that may occur.
