Location: Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice

Hours: Flexible – minimum of 4 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Making a Difference

The Family and Carer Support Team (FACST) supports patients of Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice and their families and carers and offers bereavement support to those who need it.

We are seeking an Administrative Volunteer who will play a key role in supporting the Volunteer Support Worker Coordinator (VSWC) by carrying out various administrative tasks.

Key Duties

You will…

  • Support the VSWC with general administrative duties
  • Provide co-ordination and administrative services for meetings
  • Support the organisation of workshops and volunteer training
  • Support team teaching by producing PowerPoint presentations and other materials as required
  • Any other appropriate administrative duties to support the VSW team

  • have good IT skills (including the use of database and Excel spreadsheets)
  • have administration experience
