We’re delighted to bring back our most magical event for 2019!

Starting from leafy Rowheath Pavilion our 10k route will lead you through Bournville and Selly Park where fairy woodland creatures lie in wait.

From magicians to aerial performers, fire breathers and more our Enchanted Midsummer Walk is the perfect event to celebrate loved ones lost whilst creating new magical moments with your family and friends.

Along the way you’ll stop off at the Hospice where you can enjoy a delicious pot of ice cream and light a candle in memory of your loved ones.  Before moving onto the finish line where your efforts will be rewarded with a medal. You’ll also have the opportunity to celebrate further with our event bar and caterer so don’t rush off make the most of this summer evening and celebrate magical memories with your nearest and dearest.

REGISTRATION FEES: Early Bird (book before Wednesday 15th May 2019)

Individual : £14.50

Groups of 5 or more: £12.50 per team member (please email [email protected] for a registration form).

All participants aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.



The Enchanted Midsummer Walk is a sponsored event. There is no minimum sponsorship target, but we do ask that you fundraise as much as you can. Your registration fee covers the cost of hosting the event. It is your sponsorship money that makes a difference to the patients and families we support and care for.

Bring your money into the main reception of our hospice and ask for a member of the Fundraising Team.  The team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm

Send your cheque (made payable to Birmingham St Mary's Hospice) to: Birmingham St Mary's Hospice, 176 Raddlebarn Road, Selly Park, B29 7DA.  Please include the reference 'Midsummer' and include your name and address so we can send a thank you!
