Saturday 23rd March 2019

UPDATE:  We are absolutely over the moon with the response to this year's Chocolate 5k Solihull and are very proud to announce that we are fully booked! Unfortunately we won't be able to accept any new runners on the day due to health & safety reasons but we'd like to thank you all for your support! Fear not chocolate lovers our next chocolate 5k will be in Bournville on Sunday 12th May :o....

If you're looking for a challenge with a difference then join the Hospice for Solihull's tastiest event - The Chocolate 5k.

Our 5k route takes you off road around the beautiful Elmdon Park Nature Reserve. Runners will approach chocolate stations along the way offering a variety of branded chocolate treats and plenty of water to keep you hydrated. On finishing the course, runners will receive a commemorative medal and a gooey post-run chocolate pot which is sure to leave you feeling sweet.

All runners will receive their very own exclusive Chocolate 5k™ bag to keep!

Runners can arrive for the event from 9.30am and start the chase for chocolate at 11.00am. As well as the fun run we will have lots of family fun games and activities available for you to take part in and additional refreshments will be available for you to purchase.

Please note that all participants under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times including along the route.

This event is a charity fun run and therefore will not be timed. We therefore advise that this event is not used to achieve personal best times.

This is a sponsored run and by signing up you are pledging to raise funds for the hospice by gathering sponsorship. There isn’t a minimum sponsorship amount, we just ask that you raise as much as you can. Your registration fee covers the cost of hosting the event, but it is your sponsorship money that makes the difference to our patients and their families.
