Care Quality Commission (CQC) Reports

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) makes sure that care services in England provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and encourages these services to make improvements. The CQC does this by inspecting services and publishing the results on its website.

Our Selly Park site (formerly Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice) was last inspected in December 2019 and was rated GOOD. Our Erdington site (formerly John Taylor Hospice) was last inspected in March 2022 and was rated OUTSTANDING.
